PRIVACY POLICY
Hyperspace Arabia for Entertainment Events ("Hyperspace") attaches a great deal of importance to and intends to pay particular attention to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the regulatory and technical requirements and standards. Therefore, you are encouraged to frequently visit the policy in order to be updated about the changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

If you provide us with personal data belonging to third parties, you undertake to ensure that such persons have been duly informed of the processing of their personal data in accordance with this policy and, if required, have consented to the processing of their personal data. We shall take the necessary steps within a period not exceeding 30 days to provide the necessary information to third parties who’s personal data was provided to us, along with the source from which we obtained such data.
B - Purposes of Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
(I) responding to requests and questions you may submit through the Site, and more broadly, managing our relationship with visitors to the Site.
(II) improving our services and our Site;
(III) complying with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to us
(IV) managing any potential or actual disputes with you or third parties.

If you sign up for our telephone messaging (SMS), you will be asked to expressly consent - by providing your mobile phone number, specified keyword(s), or an affirmative response by SMS/MMS or other text message, as a signature - to receive recurring automated telephone marketing messages from us. This consent is not a condition of use of our services and may be withdrawn at any time by using the opt-out mechanism or by contacting us in any other way.
You may choose to stop receiving SMS/MMS text messages by replying STOP to any message received, or by simply sending STOP to the number from which the Customer is currently receiving messages. In both cases, the Customer will receive an additional message confirming that their request has been processed.
For each purpose, we ensure that we rely on a legal basis recognized under applicable laws.
C - Sharing of Personal Data
(I) to our service providers, suppliers, agents, and contractors, to the extent that they assist us in carrying out the purposes set out in this policy;
(II) the other entities of the Hyperspace Group;
(III) to competent courts, public authorities, government agencies and law enforcement agencies (including where we are required to comply with legal or regulatory requests).
Regardless of the recipient, we will only disclose your personal data to them on a strictly need-to-know basis and only to the extent required to fulfill the purposes identified in this policy. Furthermore, All credit/debit cards details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any other third parties.
D - Creating your account on The PARX App
The PARX App, the companion app of the Hyperspace Park, enables guests to play the park like a video game and unlock Augmented Reality layer full of prizes and scavenger hunt.
When you choose to register for an account on the PARX App, we will collect your information to create a unique identifier for you, which is then used to authenticate you across the different experiences and store digital assets generated from your experience at the park, all from your own mobile phone.
When you use The PARX App, we use your name, email address and mobile number and other personal data to enable us to provide the maximum digital experience of House of Hype.
Where you log in to The PARX App with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account details, those parties will receive information about your activity on our websites or mobile apps. E - Transfer of Data Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Should your personal data be transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA"), we ensure that the level of protection your personal data is given is not adversely affected by such transfers.
We will only transfer your information to such third parties where we have made arrangements to ensure that your data is treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored and processed by who work for us or for one of who we share your personal data with in point (C) above. We will store your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Your payment details may be transferred to and stored with our affiliated companies in order to, among other things, process your payment details and provide support services to you. The right to request correcting, completing, or updating your personal data held by the Hyperspace.
The right to request the destruction of your personal data held by Hyperspace when such personal data is no longer needed.

To process your request as efficiently as possible, we may ask you for certain additional information to confirm your identity and/or assist in locating the personal data that forms the subject matter of your request.
G – Destruction of your Personal Data
We will store your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. We shall destroy your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
You may request the destruction of your personal data held by us at any point, and we will initiate the process without any undue delay. We shall, however, retain the personal data after the purpose of the collection ceases to exist, or after your request for destruction if it is permitted or required by the law.
